What happens if I run out of credits?
You top up at your plan's rate: $0.20 per credit on Individual, $0.17 on Team, $0.14 on Enterprise.
Do failed generations cost credits?
Never. A failed generation is not charged.
Are all automations available on Individual?
Yes. Every available automation is accessible from Individual. What changes is the number of active automations, credits, seats and integrations.
What is an active automation?
A saved configuration that uses a slot: 1 on Individual, 5 on Team, unlimited on Enterprise. The same automation with two configurations uses two slots.
Does priority processing cost more?
Yes. Batch processing is the base rate. Priority processing jumps the queue and uses twice the credits.
